Baumgartenalm 2019

  • Location: Mühlbachtal near Bischofshofen, Salzburg

  • Season: Our very first hut – operated by us during the summer season of 2019

  • Capacity: 7 rooms for approx. 20 overnight guests

  • Dining: 150 seats in the garden, 20 indoor seats

  • Special features: Alpine pasture with its own cheesemaking and a traditional snack station (Jausenstation)

  • Type: Rustic mountain hut offering simple, local cuisine

Almtalerhaus 2020-2022

  • Location: Grünau im Almtal, Upper Austria

  • Altitude: 714 m

  • Season: Operated by us and our 8-person team from 2020 to 2022

  • Capacity: 26 beds, 50 dorm-style mattresses – total capacity for 80 overnight guests

  • Dining: 250 seats in the garden, 150 seats indoors

  • Special features: Easily accessible by car, popular base for hikes and daytrips to the lakes around

  • Type: Mountain hut with regional cuisine and a creative twist

Christophorushütte 2022-2023

  • Location: Feuerkogel, Ebensee am Traunsee, Upper Austria

  • Altitude: 1,590 m

  • Season: Operated by us and our 3-person team from 2022 to 2024

  • Capacity: 4 double rooms, 3 four-bed rooms, and one dormitory – total 48 sleeping places

  • Dining: 200 seats in the garden, 100 indoor seats

  • Special features: We transformed the Christophorushütte from a hidden spot into a well-known event location – hosting weddings and celebrations with up to 100 guests, including a private mountain chapel

  • Type: Mountain hut with regional and Nepalese-inspired cuisine – from the Feuerkogel to the Himalayas
